Equipement and services included:

• Rental of the apartment from 5pm on Saturday until 10am the following Saturday.
• Sheets and duvets covers, beds made on arrival.
• Towels and kitchen linen.
• Cleaning products provided on arrival.
• A fireplace in the apartments and a bag of firewood (extra bag 8€).
• Access to wellness centre open from 5pm to 9pm (indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, hammam).
• A flat screen TV with international channels (except Bouquetin chalet).
• A DVD and CD reader.
• An individual ski locker with shoes dryer (except Bouquetin chalet).
• Free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
• Direct dial telephone (excluding communications).

Services included on demande (subject to availability):

• Loan of cots and highchairs,
• Loan of WII game console,
• Loan of raclette and fondue equipment.

Additional facilities (subject to availability):

• Covered parking space per apartment:
  • for a booking made one month prior to arrival: 60€ / week
  • if the booking is made on arrival: 65€ / week
• Rental of ski equipment in the chalet, 20% discount for a booking of ski equipment prior to arrival.
• Savoyard restaurant in the chalet, opens for dinner only.
• Bakery: delivery of bread and pastries on order at the reception.
• Linen rental service:
  • rental of additional bed linen: 11€ / bed
  • rental of additional towels: 5€ / pers.
• Housekeeping : cleaning of the apartment by the end of the week : 
  • 4/6 pers. apartments: 50€
  • 6/8 and 8/10 pers. apartments: 100€
  • 10/12 and 12/14 pers. apartments: 150€
• Pets allowed: €50 /week.

Prices according to effective VAT rate on 01/01/2012, given for information and subject to modifications. Non contractual document.

Booking conditions:

Each reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit on total amount of the stay.
The balance is payable no later than one month before arrival.
A deposit of 500€ is payable per apartment.  
 

Cancellation fees:

In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival: 30% of total stay will be retained by Les Chalets du Soleil.
In case of cancellation between 14 and 8 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% of total stay will be retained by Les Chalets du Soleil. 
In case of cancellation less than 8 days prior to the date of arrival, no-show or shortened stay: 100% of total stay will be retained by Les Chalets du Soleil.

• 15% discount for any stays of 3 consecutive weeks.

• Housekeeping: cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay:
  • €50 for apartments sleeping 4/6 persons,
  • €100 for apartments sleeping 6/8 and 10/12 persons,
  • €150 for apartments sleeping 10/12 and 12/14 persons.   
• The « Multi loisirs » card for the Val Thorens or Les Menuires resorts (price on application).
• Pet (extra charge) : €50 /week.
• Covered parking space: €16 /week, extra charge (according to availability).

Booking conditions:

A deposit of €460 per apartment.
Non-refundable deposit of 30% of total price of the stay is payable at the time of reservation.
Balance payable 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation fees:

For a cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival: 30% of the cost of your stay.
For a cancellation between 14 and 8 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% of the cost of your stay.
For a cancellation less than  8 days prior to the date of arrival, no-show or curtailed stay: 100% of the cost of your stay.
